Enter your name, email and phone number. Our sales team will email you a quotation with recommendations.

Confirm your order

Accept the quotation or send a purchase order (PO). We will confirm payment details and the delivery date.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide by courier or with our own team, as agreed in the quotation.
Delivery time and cost depend on the products and the destination; we confirm them before you place the order.
Please check the box and the products when they arrive. If anything is damaged or missing, take photos and let us know as soon as possible.

Exchanges and returns

Products damaged in transit, the wrong model, or anything that does not match your order will be exchanged at no cost. Please tell us as soon as possible after delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition with the box, accessories and documents.
For any other case, please contact us and we will check the conditions with you.

Payment and documents

Payment details and terms are stated in the quotation. The receipt/tax invoice is sent with the products or to the address you gave us. If you do not receive it, please let us know.

Every product is brand new and boxed, and matches the model in your quotation. Some models need extra accessories; we will tell you if so.

Why are prices not shown on the website?
